Hot Springs Bliss

I absolutely loved the hot springs pool, which is larger than most and kept at an above-average temperature. It was such a treat to enjoy a soak while surrounded by the beautiful scenery. There's even a lovely hot tub tucked away near the waterfalls and river-perfect for a peaceful escape with a bottle of wine! The thermal pools were definitely the highlight of my stay.

Charming Villa Experience

Staying in a spacious villa was a good experience. The rustic charm and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We even had access to hot water, which can be a rarity in remote areas of Costa Rica. I loved the quaint design and would definitely request the cute cabins on the mountainside for our next visit!

Dining with a View

The dining experience was quite enjoyable, particularly with the stunning views from the restaurant atop the hill. Although the menu could use more variety, I appreciated the quality of the local eats offered. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, setting us up perfectly for our adventures each day! The hotel is set in a gorgeous mountain valley and the natural hot springs pool was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, perfect for a rustic retreat. However, the dining experience is a big drawback with limited options and poor service. Additionally, there were issues with the amenities and overall service that left much to be desired. It seems the hotel needs some adjustments to match its luxurious aspirations.

I had a wonderful day visit at the resort, enjoying beautiful grounds and thermal pools. The place was less crowded and had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. However, finding the hotel was challenging due to the lack of signs, and I wouldn't recommend it for families as it felt more suited for older guests. The limited dining options also left something to be desired.
