Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel is set in a gorgeous mountain valley and the natural hot springs pool was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, perfect for a rustic retreat. However, the dining experience is a big drawback with limited options and poor service. Additionally, there were issues with the amenities and overall service that left much to be desired. It seems the hotel needs some adjustments to match its luxurious aspirations.
I had a wonderful day visit at the resort, enjoying beautiful grounds and thermal pools. The place was less crowded and had a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. However, finding the hotel was challenging due to the lack of signs, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families as it felt more suited for older guests. The limited dining options also left something to be desired.
The setting of the hotel was absolutely stunning with beautiful gardens and well-maintained hot springs pools. My room was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom could definitely use some updates. Unfortunately, the breakfast options left a lot to be desired, and the dining experience overall was not great. While I enjoyed the lovely grounds, the food really brought down my overall impression of the stay.
This resort boasts stunning scenery surrounded by mountains and jungle, creating a peaceful retreat. The service from the staff was outstanding, and the hot springs pool was a delightful experience. However, the dining options could use improvement, and the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking at times. Despite these drawbacks, the resort's potential is clear, making it a worthwhile visit.
The hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment with lovely grounds and great hiking trails. The accommodations are spacious but need some renovations, and the dining options were quite limited, especially for breakfast. While the hot springs and pools are fantastic, service issues and room upkeep detracted from the overall experience.
